新型水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能评价

摘要
以油酸及二乙烯三胺为原料,二甲苯做溶剂,采用程序升温法合成出咪唑啉中间体,再经改性并合理复配得到新型水溶性咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。经实验室24 h动态釜挂片及10 h的线性极化电阻法等评价证明,该缓蚀剂针对较高温度、较高矿化度下的CO:以及H:S腐蚀具有良好的缓蚀作用,并在抑制海管腐蚀方面具有良好的应用前景。
Using oleic acid,diethylenetriamine as reactant and xylene as solvent,a imidazoline intermediate was synthesized by progressive heating,further a modified reaction is performed between intermediate with some compound containing special group.Finally a novel water-solubility corrosion inhibitor is formed after the complex reaction is carried out.Through evaluations by a 24-hour rotating cylinder autoclave and a 10-hour LPR apparatus,the test data showed that the corrosion inhibitor had corrosion inhibition efficiency and good application future in subsea pipeline aiming at corrosive gas combined CO_2with H_2S at a higher temperature and in a higher salinity brine.
