探讨心脑血管疾病的中医辨证治疗效果

摘要
目的:总结分析中医辨证治疗心脑血管疾病的临床效果。方法:随机选抽取我院2014年8月—2015年9月接收的98例心血管疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各有49例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者以%的治疗总有效率高于对照组%的治疗总有效率,在不良反应发生率方面,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:心脑血管疾病采用中医辨证治疗,有较好的治疗效果,安全性高,有重要的应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective:to summarize analysis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical effect for the treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel.Methods:randomly selected extraction from August 2014-September 2015 received 98 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each have 49 cases,control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was treated by TCM syndrome differentiation,therapeutic effect compare two groups of patients.Results:the observation group of patients treated with%of the total effective rate was higher than control group in%of total effective treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,observation group is less than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusions:treatment with disease of heart head blood-vessel of traditional Chinese medicine,has good treatment effect,high safety,have important application value,worthy of popularization and application.
