生物质碳锂离子电池负极材料的制备及性能研究

摘要
以废弃玉米秸秆为原料采用KOH活化法制备了生物质碳材料,采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼光谱(Raman)对材料进行了结构及形貌表征,并结合恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗测试技术对材料表征了材料的电化学性能。结果表明,采用20mol L~(-1)KOH活化的碳材料具有较多的微孔空隙和较好的导电性能,体现出较高的可逆比容量和较好的循环稳定性能。
The biomass carbon materials origin from corn straw were prepared by KOH activation method.The structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Raman spectrum(Raman),and the electrochemical performance was determined by constant current charge/discharge,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques.The results show that the the carbon material activated by 20 mol L~(-1) KOH exits porous structure and better conductivity,and the electrochemical performance of higher reversible capacity and better cycle performance is obtained.
