城市地下管线全程信息化管理的构建及其应用

摘要
城市地下管线信息化工作对推进城市信息化建设起到了重要的作用。地下管线信息化相关技术近年来得到较快的应用发展并取得明显成效,形成了以"管线数据处理与智能成图系统"为核心的地下管线探测内外业一体化技术、基于GIS的管线信息系统构建与开发技术、计算机网络技术等,搭建起了城市地下管线信息化的技术体系,构成了城市地下管线全程信息化管理的完整解决方案。针对传统地下管线建设、管理存在的问题与城市地下管线信息化技术的应用现状,分析地下管线信息化技术的实现基础、系统功能、应用与地下管线信息化系统的关键技术与构建,并对其目前需要完善的技术问题和发展趋势提出一些看法。
The informatization of urban underground pipeline plays an important role in promoting urban informatization construction.In recent years,rapid application development and remarkable achievements have been made in the technology related to underground pipeline informatization,forming integrated technology for office work and field work detection of underground pipeline with "pipeline data processing and intelligent mapping system" as the core,GIS-based technology for pipeline information system construction and development,and computer network technology,etc.,establishing the informatization technology system for urban underground pipelines,and creating a complete solution for overall informatization management of urban underground pipelines.In view of the problems in the conventional underground pipeline construction and management,as well as the current application status of urban underground pipeline informatization technology,the implementation foundation,system function,application of underground pipeline informatization technology,and the key technology and construction of underground pipeline informatization system are analyzed,with some views on the current technical issues and development trend proposed.
