摘要
Hypomyces perniciosus has been reported as a destructive pathogen of Agaricus bisporus.Clarification of their relationships is important to develop effective control methods.Although their mycelial interactions were reported in agar media, but, their interactions in composts are not clear. However, its effects on mycelial growth and activities of A.bisporus are still obscure.Their interactions in compost were investigated with open-ended test tubes. The results showed that both A.bisporus and H.perniciosus grew well in the compost, but, their growths were restricted after their contact.Antagonistic line was not observed and their mycelium mixed together. These results also suggested that H.perniciosus had weak pathogenicity to A.bisporus in the compost.Mycelial activities of A.bisporus caused by H.perniciosus were examined in dual cultures on media with light and laser scanning microscopies. The results showed that mycelia of H.perniciosus and A.bisporus mixed together and continued to grow after their contact without antagonistic line.Cytoplasmic changes and degradiation of vegetative mycelia of A.bisporus caused by H.perniciosus was not observed.Observations with cell viability regents also showed that the mycelia of A.bisporus were alive and had no karyolysis after contact. These results confirmed that H.perniciosus did not affect the mycelial growth of A.bisporus and had no pathogenetic activity in its vegetative mycelial stage.
