摘要
促进小学教师的专业化发展,提高教师的专业水平是小学教育工作成功与否的关键。本文指出了目前小学教师发展存在的问题,并基于绿色教育理念下,从学校层面指出教师专业发展,探索出实施"专家引领,项目推进"及"师徒结对,助推成长"两大策略,有效促进教师专业成长,加速学校走内涵式发展道路。
To promote the professional development of primary school teachers, improve the professional level of teachers is the key to the success of primary school education. This paper points out the existing problems in the development of primary school teachers, and based on the idea of green education, pointed out that from the level of the school teachers' professional development, to explore the implementation of "expert guidance, project promotion and mentoring two, boost growth strategy, effectively promote the professional growth of teachers, accelerate school connotative development.
