摘要
目的:探究晚期前列腺癌患者通过三维适形放疗与内分泌联合治疗后的效果。方法:选取80例患者分组研究。对照组为内分泌治疗,观察组为三维适形放疗联合内分泌治疗。两组比较治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率(70%)比对照组(50%)高;观察组生存质量优于对照组;观察组治疗后PSA浓度优于对照组。结论:老年晚期前列腺癌患者通过三维适形放疗与内分泌联合治疗后效果显著。
Objective:Study in patients with advanced prostate cancer with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and endocrine combined therapeutic effect.Methods:80 patients were selected as control group.Groups of endocrine therapy,the observation group for three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with endocrine therapy.The treatment effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate of treatment(70%) was higher than that of the control group(50%).The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with endocrine therapy significantly.
