摘要
目的分析自身免疫性肝病(Autoimmune live disease,AILD)的彩超特点,探讨彩超在自身免疫性肝病诊断中应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2010年9月—2014年7月,经超声诊断、临床及相关实验室检查证实自身免疫性肝病4例资料,2例女性,2例男性,最小50岁,最大53岁。结果 4例自身免疫性肝病临床生化检查资料均确诊为原发性胆汁性肝硬化。4例声像图表现特点:a、肝脏轻度增大或正常;b、肝实质回声不均质或极不均质,呈略增粗或细密样稍强回声或斑片样稍高回声,结节不明显;c、肝门部淋巴结肿大;d、肝内胆管未见扩张;e、门静脉血流未见明显异常;f、肝血管纹理变细或正常。结论彩超在自身免疫性肝病的诊断中有重要应用价值。
Objectives To analyze caracters of Colour Doppler Ultrasound(CDU)for Autoimmune Liver Diseases(AILD)and discuss the application value of CDU in the diagnosis of AILD. Methods 4 cases of AILD, diagnosed through ultrasonic diagnosis, clinical trials and related laboratory examinations, were reviewed and analyzed, including 2 female and 2 male with the maximum age of 53 and minimum age of 50. Results 4 cases were all diagnosed as Primary Biliary Cirrhosis. The ultrasonic characters of the 4 cases were as follows:(a) the slightly enlarged or normal liver;(b) the heterogeneous or extremely heterogeneous echo of liver parenchyma,appearing as slightly thick or platy echo with unobvious nodule;(c) the enlargement of lymph node of porta hepatis;(d) no expansion of intrahepatic bile duct;(e) the normal blood flow of portal vein;(f) the thinner or normal texture of hepatic blood vessel. Conclusions The application of CDU is of big value in the diagnosis of AILD.
