间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃羧酸表面活性剂的合成及其性质研究

摘要
近年来,随着对杯芳烃的深入研究,作为第三代超分子主体的杯芳烃受到人们广泛的追捧。科研工作者们通过各种实验手段对杯芳烃进行功能性修饰,不同类型的杯芳烃衍生物已被用于药物传递、分子识别以及纳米材料的制备等众多领域~([1])。其中,带有羧基基团的功能型杯芳烃具有较多的配位点,可以与大部分金属离子进行灵活配位,同时两亲性杯芳烃衍生物拥有的多头(亲水基团)多尾(烷基尾链)和刚性疏水杯空腔独特分子结构,具有着更多未知的特性而广受关注~([2])。本文合成了具有四头(羧酸基)四尾(烷基链)以及大的刚性空腔的间苯二酚丙基杯[4]芳烃羧酸表面活性剂(TRPC)。通过电导率法和吊片法测定了其水溶液的性质,发现它具有较低的临界胶束浓度(CMC,约为0.13 mM)。冷冻电镜和负染电镜技术表征显示其在临界胶束浓度下可以形成粒径约为20-30 nm的球形胶束。
Recently,calixarene derivants have attracted much interest because of their multiple functional groups and various application in the fields of drug delivery,molecular recognition and preparation of nanomaterials,etc.The calixarenes with carboxyl function exhibit superior properties such as forming complex with metal ions.In this paper,we synthesized a resorcinol propyl calix[4]arene carboxylate surfactant(TRPC) with four heads formed by the carboxyl groups,four tails formed by alkyl chains and a rigid calix-cavity.The result showed that the value of critical micelle concentration of TRPC was about 0.13 mM,which was measured by Wilhelmy plate and conductivity methods.Meanwhile,it was found that TRPC molecules could form spherical micelles with about20~30nm size in the solution at the critical micelle concentration,which could be verified by the TEM images.
