可逆光响应超分子树枝状水凝胶及与环糊精分子主客体相互作用

摘要
刺激响应性超分子凝胶,在面对外界刺激,例如温度,金属离子,pH值,光及电磁场等条件,将发生可逆的凝胶-溶胶或其他相转变过程,从而用于构筑多种有趣的智能材料。基于以前报道的树枝状小分子凝胶因子OGAc与水溶性的偶氮苯分子构筑的两组分凝胶~([1]),本文将直接在树枝状分子的头基引入偶氮苯基团而设计合成了新型超分子凝胶因子AZOC_8GAc,一方面,AZOC_8GAc可以在较低浓度下形成稳定的水凝胶,在紫外及可见光调控下进行可逆的凝胶-溶胶的相转变,并伴随形貌和超分子手性(ON/OFF)的转变。另一方面,研究了AZOC_8GAc含有疏水的偶氮苯集团与不同空腔尺寸的α—/β—/γ—环糊精分子之间的主客体相互作用方式,及对AZOC8GAc凝胶体系手性传递的影响。
Stimuli-responsive supramolecular gels,which can undergo reversible Gel to Sol or other macroscopic volume phase transition upon external signal changes such as temperature,light,metal ions,electrical or magnetic field,have attracted great interests to construct as intelligent materials.Base on our previous work,the reported gelator OGAc can form two component supramolecular hydrogel with water-soluble azobenzene molecular,which displays reversible and remarkable macroscopic volume phase transition stimulated by UV-Vis light.Herein,A interesting gealtor molecular AZOC_8GAc is synthesized with hydrophobic azobenzene group direct bonding to the head of dendron(Figure 1).For one thing,the constructed compound AZOC_8GAc can gelation in extremely low concentration and have reversible microscopic volume phase transition exposed to light-stimuli proceeded with the great morphological and chiral transforms.For another,the "Host-Guest" interactions between the azobenzene head group of AZOC_8GAc and α-/β-/γ-cyclodextrins(CDs) with different cavity dimensions and the effects on the chirality transfer of AZOC_8GAc hydrogel systems are discussed in detail.
