内地藏族学生的自我概念及其对主观幸福感的影响研究

目的:自己与社会和他人的关系以及对自我各方面的主观知觉等的认知就是自我概念。有关自我概念及其特点的探讨一直是国内外心理学家关注的热点。研究发现,文化和认识结构都会影响个体的自我概念。那么,已形成的自我概念是否会反过来影响个体对社会、他人或自身的认知?已有研究还较少。在个体行为中,主观幸福感是衡量个人生活质量的综合性心理指标,能反映个体的社会功能与适应状态。那么,自我概念是否会影响个体的主观幸福感?研究发现,自我概念与主观幸福感呈显著正相关,自我概念是影响大学生主观幸福感的重要因素。对于能够影响主观幸福感预测的诸多变量中,文化因素具有中介的作用。那么,非汉族群体,如我国少数民族群体的自我概念如何?其自我概念是否会影响其主观幸福感?本研究分别从外显和内隐社会认知的角度考察在内地生活的藏族学生的自我概念及其主观幸福感,并在此基础上探讨自我概念对主观幸福感的影响。方法:选取内地藏族高中生85人,采用自我概念量表(包括自尊水平、感觉温度及语义区分量表),主观幸福感量表(Campbell幸福感指数量表、Diener总体生活满意度量表和Brad burn编制的情感量表)测量外显自我概念和外显主观幸福感;采用内隐词汇联想测验,考察被试的内隐自我概念和内隐主观幸福感,及二者相互影响;同时考察外显自我概念和主观幸福感与内隐自我概念和主观幸福感的关系。结果:藏族学生的自我概念和主观幸福感都包括外显和内隐两个水平。其中,外显自我概念主要受内地生活时间的长短影响,外显主观幸福感水平则受来源地和内地生活时间的长短影响;内隐自我概念和内隐主观幸福感受均来内地生活时间长短的影响。并且,外显自我概念对外显主观幸福感有直接影响,而内隐自我概念则对内隐主观幸福感没有直接影响。结论:内地藏族学生的自我概念和主观幸福感均包含内隐与外显两个层面,外显自我概念可以预测外显主观幸福感,内隐自我概念则与内隐主观幸福感无直接关系。
Objective: The relationship between themselves and the society and others, and the subjective perception of the self, and so on, is the self concept. On the discussion of self concept and its characteristics at home and abroad has been a hot topic of psychologists. We study found that culture and the cognitive structure will affect the individual's self-concept. So, has formed the self-concept will in turn affect the individual's perception of society, others or oneself? There is few existing studies. In the individual behavior, subjective well-being is to measure individual life quality comprehensive psychological index, can reflect the individual state of social function and adaptation. So, self concept will affect the individual subjective well-being? The study found that the self-concept and subjective well-being was significantly positively related, self concept is the important factors that affect college students' subjective well-being.For the many variables can affect the subjective well-being prediction, cultural factors have the role of mediation. So, the Han group, such as China ethnic groups self concept? The self-concept will affect their subjective well-being? This study respectively from the perspective of explicit and implicit social cognition study life in the mainland of Tibetan students' self-concept and subjective well-being, and on this basis, discuss the influences of self-concept of subjective well-being. To investigate the structural and subjective well-being and their relationship of the mainland Tibetan students' by using self-concept tests of explicit and implicit social cognition. Methods: Selecting 85 Tibetan high school students in the mainland, Using Self Concept Scale[Self-esteem scale, sense temperature scale and semantic differential scale], SWB [Campbell happiness index scale, Diener overall life satisfaction scale and emotional preparation Brad burn Scale]to test explicit self-concept and explicit SWB.Using the implicit association test vocabulary to investigate the subjects implicit self-concept, and implicit subjective well-being, and the interaction of both; also investigating the relationship between explicit self- concept SWB and implicit self-concept and SWB. Result: time living in the Mainland affect the explicit self-concept. Explicit SWB are affected by source and the length of time living in the Mainland. IAT showed implicit self-concept and implicit influence SWB are affected by the length of time living in the mainland. Among them, there is a direct effect between explicit self-concept and explicit SWB. Implicit self-concept and implicit SWB have no direct effect. Conclusion: The Mainland Tibetan students' self-concept and SWB both contains implicit and explicit levels, They are no gender differences, but affected by the length of time In the Mainland, which explicit of them influenced by the source of students, their relationship is explicit self-concept predicted SWB explicit, implicit level has no direct effect.
