短时间使用平板电脑对学龄前儿童屈光状态的影响

摘要
目的:通过观察短时间使用平板电脑对学龄前儿童屈光状态的影响,提出相应的干预措施,将对学龄前儿童的视力保护具有十分重要的意义。方法:选择22例5~6岁儿童,双眼裸眼视力≥0.8,麻痹睫状肌后电脑验光屈光度在±0.75D,测量双眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率,连续使用平板电脑30 min后,立即重复测量以上指标。结论:连续使用平板电脑30分钟对学龄前儿童视力(t=2.062,P>0.05)及角膜曲率(t=1.625,P>0.10)无明显影响,对屈光度(t=2.232,P<0.05)有影响,造成暂时性近视。学龄前儿童需合理控制平板电脑使用时间,避免近视。
Objective:to observe the effect of using the Tablet PC on preschool childrens refractive status in a short period of time,and to put forward the corresponding intervention measures,which will be of great significance for preschool childrens vision protection.Methods:Twenty-two children aged 5-6 years old with binocular visual acuity of more than 0.8,the optometry diopter is tested ±0.75 D by computer after paralysis the ciliary muscle,measurement of binocular Visual acuity,diopter,corneal curvature,continuous use of Tablet PC after 30 min,immediately repeated the above measurements.Conclusion:the continuous use of the TabletPC for 30 minutes had no significant effect on eyesight(t = 2.062,P > 0.05) and corneal curvature(t = 1.625,P > 0.10) of preschool children,and had an effect on diopter(t =2.232,P <0.05),causing temporary myopia.Preschoolers need to reasonably control theuse of Tablet PC to avoid myopia.
