新型聚氨酯鞋底用聚醚NED-28合成工艺及应用研究

摘要
以2官能度多元醇为起始剂,首先在氢氧化钾催化剂的作用下与环氧丙烷聚合制得低聚物;低聚物再在双金属络合物催化剂的作用下与环氧丙烷进一步生成高相对分子质量的聚醚;然后在氢氧化钾催化剂的作用下与环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷进行二次聚合,制得新型低不饱和度高活性高相对分子质量聚醚多元醇NED-28。与传统的共聚醚相比,NED-28的不饱和值大大低于传统产品,官能度低,杂质含量少,相对分子质量高且分布窄,分子链结构更加规整,结晶性能更强,从而使聚醚产品的性能得到明显的改善和提高。可应用于鞋底原液,以它为基础制得的制品物理性能优异,机械性能有明显提升。
The oligomer was prepared by polymerization with two functionality of polyols as initiator,propylene oxide and potassium hydroxide as catalyst,then the high molecular weight polyether was prepared by the oligomers and propylene oxide under the bimetallic complex catalyst.The new type of polyurethane polyether NED-28 for sole was prepared by the high molecular weight polyether and propylene oxide,ethylene oxide with secondary polymerization.Compared with the traditional copolyether,NED-28 unsaturated value was greatly lower than that of the traditional products,with low degree of functionality,less impurity content,high molecular weight and narrow distribution.The molecular chain structure became more regular,crystallization performance was stronger,so that polyether products performance had been significantly improved.It could be applied to the sole solution,The physical properties of product wrer excellent.The mechanical performance had improved significantly.
