摘要
CMA和CNAS中对不确定度评定相关内容的要求日益严格,而相关理论过于复杂,较难理解。本文以三聚氰胺检测方法为例,旨在对同类实验的不确定度评定过程进行详解。依据农业部行业标准NY/T 1372-2007中HPLC法进行样品处理,采用串联质谱内标法测定饲料中三聚氰胺,并对整个测量过程的不确定度进行分析。结果显示,重复性测量不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响不明显。实验室采用饲料中三聚氰胺含量的内标测定方法准确性较高,达到国家相关标准规定的要求,符合检验要求,可作为实验室SOP使用。
In accordance with the LC method in standard NY/T 1372-2007,using the LC-MS/MS internal standard method,the determination of Melamine content in Feed and the analysis of the source of uncertainty during the entire measurement process were carried out,also the components of the uncertainty were evaluated and combined.The results show that the repeatability component has less impact on the overall uncertainty.Therefore the method used in this laboratory has higher accuracy of Melamine in feed determination and meets the national standards required.
