供应链战略选择与实施分析

摘要
供应链战略选择必须与产品属性、市场特性相适应。本文对供应链战略、产品属性和市场特性进行分类,提出供应链战略选择分析框架。供应链战略必须通过供应链流程实现,本文提出由供应链战略到供应链流程的映射框架,通过解耦点视图来保证供应链战略的有效实施。
The supply chain strategy must match product specific and market environment.In this paper,new taxonomy of supply chain strategy,product specific and market feature is given.A framework is introduced for supply chain strategy choice.The supply chain strategy must be supported by supply chain process.Hence,the correspondence relation from supply chain strategy to supply chain process is studied in the present research.By adopting the decoupling point,the supply chain strategy is effectively implemented.
