二氧化碳作为绿色溶剂及可再生资源在化学合成中的应用

摘要
二氧化碳作为绿色溶剂在材料合成、催化反应等领域的研究相当活跃,并取得了一些创新性的研究成果,因为CO_2具有无毒、阻燃、价廉,易于分离并可循环利用等优点。而且,二氧化碳作为可再生的碳氧资源,在合成高附加值化学品,能源化合物以及聚合物方面也取得了重要进展。近年,我们对scCO_2中的催化反应展开了广泛的研究并取得了一些有意义的研究结果,如不饱和醛的选择性加氢,苯甲酸、苯酚的环加氢反应,顺酐加氢以及硝基化合物加氢等反应。这些反应在scCO_2中的反应速率均随着CO_2压力的增加而显著提高,而且可以通过调变CO_2压力来控制产物的选择性。我们重点研究了scCO_2中催化加氢反应的新规律、新现象,从分子水平上讨论了加氢反应速率及产物选择性的变化规律及其机理。此外,二氧化碳作为碳氧资源取代异氰酸酯和光气等剧毒化学品,合成了系列二氧化碳基聚脲高分子材料,并对其性能进行了研究。二氧化碳基聚脲因其优异的热稳定性,耐溶剂性,以及机械加工和力学性能将在高分子材料领域具有广泛的应用。
The use of carbon dioxide(CO_2) as alternative solvent has been attracting much attention in developing green chemistry processes and some progresses have been achieved,due to its characteristics such as nontoxic cheap,nonflammable and separable.Moreover,CO_2 as renewable carbonyl resource has been well studied in the fabrication of value-added chemicals,fuels and polymers etc.These years,we focused our researches on the hydrogenation reactions in supercritical carbon dioxide and some interesting results have been obtained,such as unsaturated aldehydes benzoic acid,phenol,maletic acid and the nitro-compounds,in which the reaction rate was enhanced with increasing CO_2 pressure and the product selectivity could be adjusted by varying CO_2 pressure.The characteristic of solvent and the new findings as well as the influencing mechanism of supercritical CO_2 on the catalytic activity and selectivity were discussed in detail from molecular level.Furthermore,CO_2 as green resource to replace of diisocyanate was used to synthesize CO_2-based polyureas,which will have wide applications in the field of polymeric materials due to their thermo-stability,resistance to solvents,good mechanistic properties.
