摘要
官能基二硫化物和硫醇在金属表面的组装和表面防护方面具有重要的应用价值。本研究以硫化钠、硫粉和官能烷基溴化物为原料,通过表面活性剂的相转移催化技术合成了系列对称官能基长链烷基二硫化物。研究发现,产物组成与硫化钠和硫磺在水溶液中形成的化学平衡有关,调节两者的配比可以控制产物中二烷基硫化物、二烷基二硫化物(目标产物)、二烷基三硫化物和二烷基四硫化物的含量,优化反应条件下目标产率的产率达到95%。利用该方法制备了C_6-C_(12)之间的末端为羟基、烯、炔、卤素和叠氮等基团二硫化物。该工艺简单、成本低、污染小。
Functional alkyl disulfides and thiols have much potential in the assembled membrane on metal surface and the metal protection.Herein,functional alkyl disulfides were efficiently synthesized by phase-transfer catalysts of of surfactants form sodium sulfide and sublimated sulfur,and functional alkyl bromides.The sulfide,disulfides(target),trisulfide and tetrasulfide were found in the products,which demonstrated a majoring chemical equilibrium in sodium sulfide solution.The funcational groups included hydroxyl,alkene,alkyne,halogen and azide etc.Finally,functional disulfides were obtained with a yield of ~95%and the product purity was >95%without column chromatography by efficiently controlling the chemical equilibrium.
