积极心理学团体干预效果的研究

已有研究表明,幸福感是可以通过训练得以提升。现有的各种积极心理训练效果报告大多是匹配特定理论模型开展的。本研究拟整合多种积极心理学理论模型与干预技术,发展出一套综合性的干预措施。干预形式包括知识讲解、随堂体验练习、生活实践作业与分享交流汇报四部分。采纳的理论模型包括:拓展与建构理论、品格优势模型、PERMA模型、归因解释风格模型、汉堡模型、沉浸体验理论、正念训练与ACT技术等。本研究选取干预对象44人,年龄在25-50岁之间,分为A、B两组平行授课,每次训练3小时,每周一次,持续15周。效果评定问卷包括:流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D),自尊量表(SES),幸福感指数(Index of Well-Being)与总体情感指数(Inedx of General Affect)量表和生活满意度量表(SWLS)。结果分析发现,(1)参训者抑郁水平有显著下降(t=4.182,p<.05),(2)参训者总体幸福感与生活满意度得到显著提升(t=-2.205,t=-2.480,p<.05),(3)参训者自尊水平无显著变化(t=1.325,p=0.197)。此外,访谈中发现:(1)参训者生活态度有所转变,从原来刻板的、冷漠的态度转变为开放的、积极的生活态度,(2)大部分参训者报告因为自控力的提升与思维视角客观化的转变,参训者人际关系更加和谐,更加热爱生活,(3)更多的参训者过上了有目标的生活,幸福感得到提升。结论:融合了认知转变和行为实践的积极心理干预训练可有效提高普通人群的生活满意度和总体幸福感,改善参训者日常生活中的人际关系。基于多理论模型的综合式的干预设计能够有效改善个体精神生活质量。
Previous research revealed that well being canbe elevated by intervention. The present intervention program are almostly based on sole theoretical model. The study explores a omprehansive approch integrating multi-theory. Four forms were adapted: directed teaching, in –calss experience, practice in life and sharing and discussion. Several theoretical model was used: extension and construction of positive emotion, VIA model, PERMA model, attribution style model, flow experience theory, MBT and ACT tecnique. 44 participants aged 25-50 were divided into two classes with the training of 15 weeks. The training was conducted once a week and 3 hours each time. Instruments used for effects evaluation included CES-D, SES, Index of Well-Being, Inedx of General Affect, SWLS. Findings:(1) Depression level of participants decreased significantly(t=4.182,p<.05);(2) General well being and life satisfaction increased significantly(t=-2.205,t=-2.480,p<.05);(3) No significant change in self-esteem was found(t=1.325,p=0.197). More findings in interview:(1) Attitude of life was changed, form indifference to activeness;(2) Objective view was changed by increase of self-control;(3) More goals were found in life. Conclusion: the integrated cognitive behaviral approcah have significant effects on well being. Participants interpersonal experience was improved. The integrated multi-theoretical intervention program could be used in well being evaluation.
