弱碱三元复合驱机采井除垢技术研究

摘要
为了解决弱碱三元复合驱机采井频繁出现的结垢卡泵、断杆和光杆滞后等问题,研究了目前在用的采出端除垢技术。根据除垢剂的特性和应用范围,在弱碱三元复合驱抽油机井实施无机酸除垢剂除垢,在螺杆泵井实施有机酸除垢剂除垢。根据现场井径测试结果,针对性实施炮眼除垢,解决弱碱三元复合驱机采井炮眼及近井地带结垢堵塞问题。无机酸除垢剂和有机酸除垢剂可以有效解决抽油机井卡泵、结垢泵漏失和螺杆泵井的过载偷停问题,保证运行时率,延长检泵周期,炮眼除垢能够在保证动液面稳定的情况下大幅增加产量。通过总结不同除垢技术的优缺点和适应性,试验了炮眼除垢的增产效果,为弱碱三元复合驱的工业推广提供了技术储备。
In order to solve the problems that include frequent scaling, pump stuck, broken rod and rod lag in the pumping production wells of weak base ASP flooding, the descaling technology in the production end and current application has been studied. According to the characteristics and application scope of scale detergent, the inorganic acid descaling was used in well pumping units while flooded by weak base ASP, and organic acid descaling was used in screw pump wells. Based on the caliper logging results, the descaling of peforation holes was carried out,therefore the scaling existed in the perforation holes and near wellbore can be removed in pumping production wells that flooded by weak base ASP. Inorganic and organic acid detergent can effectively solve the pump stuck, scaling pump leakage and overload of screw pump stop on the sly, which can ensure the running time rate, prolong pump maintenance cycle, the descaling of perforation holes can increase the output production significantly under the sta-bility of dynamic liquid level. By summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of different descaling technologies and their adaptability, the stimulation results after descaling of perforation holes test; these provided technical storage for the industrial promotion of weak base ASP flooding.
