聚丙烯酰胺压裂液化学结构解析和成胶机理研究

摘要
为了进一步降低压裂措施成本,同时降低压裂液的伤害程度,大庆油田已经逐年增加合成聚合物类压裂液现场应用范围,因此,开展了聚丙烯酰胺压裂液组成的化学结构分析研究。通过核磁、红外、元素分析等多种分析手段,确定了压裂液的主要元素组成,对聚丙烯酰胺压裂液的稠化剂及交联剂的化学结构进行了定性和定量的分析,明确了压裂液稠化剂的交联机理,为进一步优化压裂液配方性能及降低配方成本提供了理论基础。
In order to further lower the cost of fracturing operation and reduce the damage degree of fracturing fluids, the analysis and research of chemical structure on the polyacrylamide fracturing fluid have been conducted due to the application of the synthetic polymer fracturing fluid is being enlarged steadily year by year in Daqing Oilfield. The main elements of fracturing fluid were determined by NMR( nuclear magnetic resonance), IR(infrared) and elemental analysis. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the chemical structures for thickening agent and crosslinking agent that used in polyacrylamide fracturing fluid was carried out to master the crosslinking mechanism of thickening agent in the fracturing fluid, which can provide a theoretical basis for further optimizing the formula performance of fracturing fluid and reducing the formula cost.
