北京市交通诱导信息发布系统研究

摘要
在我国的城市经济发展和规模不断加快的背景下,道路交通作为社会发展的有力支撑和保障,在城市的变革与转型中扮演者愈发重要的角色,是城市人口流动、交通运输、物流转移、信息传递的重要途径。自本世纪以来,北京市的汽车保有量呈井喷式上升。交通拥堵、事故频发、环境污染等问题日益频发,降低了城市道路的运输效率,影响了交通参与者的出行需求,制约了城市未来的发展。在当前路网发展空间有限的情况下,应认清当前北京市的道路交通状况,逐步完善和创新交通诱导信息发布方法,利用交通信息对车辆进行实时诱导,实现路网资源的最优利用,最大限度地实现路网资源整合与优化,为城市的未来发展提供骨架支撑。
In China's urban economic development and accelerating scale background,road traffic as a strong support and guarantee social development,play increasingly important roles in the city change and transformation,become an important method of the population mobility,transportation,logistics transfer,information transfer.Since this century,Beijing's car parc spurt was rising.Traffic jams,accidents,pollution and other problems have become increasingly frequent,reducing the efficiency of urban road transport,affecting the travel demand of traffic participants,limiting the future development of the city.In the development of the road network is limited circumstances,we should be aware of the current situation of road traffic in Beijing,gradually improve and innovate the traffic guidance information publishing method,use real-time traffic information on vehicle induction,achieve optimal utilization of network resources,maximize the resources integration and optimization of road network,and provide a skeleton support to the future development of the city.
