网络社会支持与网络利他行为的关系:一个有调节的中介模型

摘要
目前,随着网络在现代生活中的日益渗透,网络心理与行为研究已经成为了心理学领域的一个研究热点和焦点。纵观该领域的研究,大部分均关注其负面行为,如网络成瘾、网络欺负等,较少关注其积极行为。利他行为作为一种最高层次的亲社会行为(Batson&Shaw,1991),其不仅对个体健康发展和社会适应有重要影响,而且也对人类生存适应和社会文明发展具有积极作用。而由于网络的联结属性,利他行为在网络中的传播速度和广度远远超过了现实社会;同时网络社交活动的匿名性、隐形性、无地理位置限制性和时间上的非同步性等特点(Mc Kenna&Bargh,2000),使网络利他行为的受惠面也大大扩展。本研究关注网络利他行为的影响因素,探讨大学生网络利他行为和网络社会支持的关系,探索感戴和社会认同的作用,并提出一个有调节的中介模型。采用大学生的网络利他行为量表、网络社会支持量表、社会认同量表和感戴量表对480名本科生进行问卷调查,研究结果表明:(1)在网络环境下,大学生的网络利他行为、网络社会支持以及感戴都有明显性别差异,男生比女生表现出更多的利他行为,同时,男生的网络社会支持得分显著高于女生。但男生的感戴明显低于女生;(2)网络社会支持能显著正向预测网络利他行为;(3)感戴在网络利他行为和网络社会支持间起中介作用;(4)网络社会支持通过感戴对网络利他行为的间接效应受到社会认同的调节。
With the increasing penetration of the Internet in the modern life, cyberpsychology and behavior has become a hot research topic in the field of psychology. However, most of the research in this field focus on the negative behaviors, such as Internet addiction and cyberbullying, and pay less attention to the positive behaviors. Altruistic behavior, refered as a highest level of Prosocial behavior(Batson & Shaw, 1991), is important to not only of individual healthy development and social adaptation, but also to the survival of human adaptation and the development of social civilization. Altruistic behavior has a higher transmission speed and wider breadth online than in offline. Then the characteristics of Internet, such as anonymity,stealth, no geographical restrictions and non-synchronous time(McKenna & Bargh, 2000), also help the benefit area or person of online altruistic behavior greatly extended.The present study examined whether gratitude mediated the relationship between online social support and online altruistic behavior, and whether this mediating process was moderated by social identity. 480 college students from three universities in Hubei province completed anonymous questionnaires regarding online altruistic behavior,online social support, gratitude and social identity. The results showed that males scored higher on online altruistic behavior, online social support but lower on social gratitude than females. The positive association between online social support and online altruistic behavior was mediated by gratitude. Moreover, the mediating effect was moderated by social identity.
