人文关怀护理在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者中应用的效果。方法:将168例行经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者随机分为(A组)和对照组(B组),对照组患者实施传统的常规护理.人文关怀护理组患者在术前、术中、术后实施人文关怀,比较两组患者术前焦虑评分值,术中VAS评分值,对手术室护理工作满意度评价。结果:(A组)患者术前焦虑评分值、术中VAS评分值明显低于对照组(A组)(P<0.05);(A组)患者对手术室护理工作满意度明显优于对照组(B组)(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理干预明显缓解了经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者术前焦虑及术中疼痛,使患者身心处于最佳状态,有利于患者康复,同时融洽了护患关系,提高了护理工作满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing care in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation patients.Methods: 168 cases of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into(group A) and control group(group B), traditional humanistic care was carried outfor group A while humanistic nursing care was practiced in group B during preoperative, operative, and postoperative time. After the two different nursing caring ways, preoperative anxiety scores, VAS scores surgery, satisfaction degree for operating room nursing care were evaluated for comparison.Results: preoperative anxiety scores, surgery VAS score in group A were significantlylower than the control group(group B)(P <0 05.); patients' satisfaction degree in group A was significantly higher than that of the control group(group B)(P <0. 05).Conclusion: humanisticnursing care obviously alleviated patients' preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery of lumbar disc herniation discectomy, so that patientswere in the best physical and mental states after surgeries, which were beneficial for rehabilitation. Moreover, it was a fundamental for good nurse-patient relationship and increasing satisfationdegree for nursing care.
