基于视觉分析的飞机起落架系统收放异常检测

摘要
从视觉分析着手,主要针对某型飞机起落架系统收放故障进行检测,故障主要是指起落架收放卡滞和抖动异常,并对故障情形发出告警并生成故障文件及日志。该检测功能是在LabVIEW软件下开发的,主要通过摄像头拍摄的起落架收放过程图像进行分析以判别收放是否异常。该方法具有实时判断故障并记录故障的优点,不仅及时提醒了试验人员对故障情形做出停止试验或其它操作,还减小了技术人员分析数据的工作量,为试验的正常进行提供了有力保障。
Based on visual analysis,retraction anomaly detection of the landing gear system of a kind of aircraft is mainly described,which contains retraction sticking and shaking of the landing gear,and an alarm consisted of files and logs for anomaly result is generated.The detection function developing in the Lab VIEW software environment,which mainly analyzes the images of retraction process of the landing gear captured by the camera,and then detects whether the retraction is abnormal.This method has the advantages of judging the faults in real time and recording the faults.Not only it reminds the experiment persons to stop the experiment or other operations timely when a fault occurs,but also reduces the workloads of the technicians for analyzing the data,thus it provides a strong guarantee for conducting the experiment normally.
