摘要
本文研究了互联网、"互联网+"的本质,探讨了互联网对人类社会和产业生产模式发展的深远影响,得出了"互联网+"是产业转型升级的必由之路的结论。以湖南烟草为例,分析了烟草商业在互联网时代存在的问题和面临的挑战,设计了"服务化、平台化、社群化、数据化、一体化"的"互联网+卷烟商业"的商业模式,开发了主要子系统在两个市级烟草公司进行了实验运作,取得了预期的效果。
The article researched the essence of internet and internet+, discussed the internet's influence to the human society and the developing of industrial production mode, came to a conclusion that internet+ is the necessary way to upgrade traditional industry. The article took Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau as an example, analyzed tobacco industry's existing problems and challenges in internet times, designed a new internet+ cigarette business mode in the direction of service oriented, platform oriented, community oriented, data oriented and integration oriented. Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau have developed main subsystems of the internet+ cigarette business platform and practiced in two city branches, which obtained expected effect.
