摘要
目的:研究血液病患儿经外周插管的中心静脉置管(PICC)后导管异位的纠正与护理。方法:回顾分析2015年12月至2016年2月期间在我院治疗的20例血液病PICC置管后导管异位患儿临床资料,分析PICC后导管异位的护理方法。结果:通过给予PICC置管后导管异位患儿的及时纠正和针对性护理干预后,17例患儿回纳成功,成功率为85.0%,2例患儿2次回纳成功,1例患儿回纳失败;所有患儿在置管期间无严重并发症发生。结论:PICC置管后导管异位后,应给予针对性的纠正,并加强患儿的心理护理,以提高置管的安全性,降低置管期间并发症的发生。
Objective:to study the blood disease of peripheral intubation in children with central venous catheter(PICC) after catheter heterotopia corrective and nursing.Methods:retrospective analysis between December 2015 and February 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 20 cases of haematology PICC catheter after catheter ectopic patients clinical data,after the analysis of PICC catheter nursing method of ectopic.Results:by giving children with PICC catheter after catheter heterotopia timely correction and corresponding nursing intervention,17 cases back to success,the success rate was 85.0%,2 cases of children with two back to success,1 cases back to accept failure;All children with no serious complications occurred during catheter.Conclusion:PICC catheter after catheter heterotopia,should give corresponding correcting,and strengthen the patients psychological nursing,in order to improve the safety of the catheter and reducing complications during catheter.
