高温时效处理对K492M等轴晶铸造高温合金显微组织和持久性能的影响

摘要
本文研究了K492M镍基等轴晶铸造高温合金在1200℃HIP+1185℃/2h,AC+1121℃/(1~4h),AC+843℃/24h,AC下的显微组织和持久性能。结果表明,时效处理后,随时效时间的延长,γ′相尺寸逐渐增大,760℃/662MPa的持久寿命逐渐降低。
The effects of high-temperature aging on microstructure and stress rupture properties of K492 M superalloy were studied.The results show that stress rupture properties of K492 M superalloy are changed obviously under the condition of1200℃HIP + 1185℃/2h,AC + 1121℃/(1~4h),AC + 843℃/24 h,AC.The results show that with the increasing of high-temperature aging time,the microstructure and mechanical properties are changed obviously,the size of the γ'phase increase and the stress rupture property at 760℃,662 MPa decrease.
