探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂用于子宫内膜异位症治疗中的不良反应分析

摘要
目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gn RHa)用于子宫内膜异位症(Ems)治疗中的不良反应。方法:选取我院2014年9月至2015年11月收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,研究组和对照组各43例,对比两组患者接受不同方法治疗后的总有效率的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者接受不同治疗方法后,观察组的治疗效果总有效率(95.2%)显著高于对照组(83.7%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),对比两组治疗后不良反应发生率,对照组不良反应发生率(58.1%)显著高于观察组(20.9%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)讨论:促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gn RHa)用于子宫内膜异位症(Ems)治疗中,疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the adverse effects of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(Gn RHa) in the treatment of endometriosis(Ems). Methods: selected in our hospital in September 2014 to 2015 from November of 86 cases of endometrial endometriosis patients as the research object and randomly divided into two groups, study group and control group with 43 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients received different treatment methods after the total efficiency of the efficacy and adverse reaction incidence. Results: two groups of patients received different treatment method, the observation group the therapeutic effect of total efficiency(95.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.7%), the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared between two groups after treatment, patients in the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction(58.1%) was significantly higher than those in the observation group(20.9%), and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05) discussion: gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(Gn RHa) used in the treatment of endometriosis(EMS), obvious curative effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worth clinical promotion.
