AC312型机尾轴卡箍断裂故障分析及纠正措施

摘要
AC312型机自使用以来,先后发生数起尾传动轴卡箍断裂故障,属于AC312型机的一种典型故障。本文以一起AC312型机卡箍断裂为例,对卡箍断裂原因从理化分析、材料加工过程质量复查和综合分析等多角度进行了详细故障分析,并针对每种可能故障原因给出了纠正措施,有效解决了AC312型机卡箍断裂故障,同时对其他型机尾轴卡箍的设计、维护及故障处理提供了借鉴作用。
Several flauts about clamps break of tail rotor shaft have oceured since AC312 helicopters put into service,so it is one of tradional faults.This article takes one of clamps break about AC312 helicopter as an example to analyze the fault detailedly,it includes several physical and chemical analysis,the quality reexamining of the materia processing course,as well as comprehensive analysis and so on.It also includes remedy measures for every fault.This article does not only solve the clamps break of AC312 helicopter effectively,but also provides references for the clamps of other type helicopters on design,maintence and fault solution.
