摘要
某款车在1档和2档有起步共振问题,转向盘与仪表板较为明显,通过计算传动系速比发现测试数据显示为传动轴二阶振动引起,经过降低传动轴万向节角度,使其达到设计状态,整车振动改善较为明显,达到可接受状态。
A car in 1,2 gears have started resonance problem,put to the plate and the dashboard relatively obvious,by calculating the transmission ratio test data showed that second order for the transmissionshaft vibration caused,after reducing drive shaft universal joint Angle,make it meet the design condition,the vehicle vibration evident improvement,achieving acceptable state.
