基于车内噪声控制的传动轴优化设计

摘要
本文主要分析了传动轴对车内噪声的影响。在某前置前驱车型的车内噪声开发过程中发现,当项目搭载的发动机振动激励偏大时,即使传动轴已经达到了常规的设计目标,仍然会对车内噪声有较大影响。为了改善车内噪声,可以进一步提高传动轴的NVH要求。最终通过将实心轴优化为固有频率更高的空心轴,将车内噪声改善了3dB左右,且主观评价效果明显。
The influence of the drive shaft on the internal noise of the vehicle is analyzed.During the FF(Front- engine,Frontwheel drive) vehicle's development process,we found that if there is a bad vibration engine to be equipped with,the drive shaft will have a great influence on the vehicle interior noise even if it have achieved the common NVH target.In order to improve the vehicle interior noise,need to make a further improve of drive shaft.Through change the solid drive shaft to the hollow shaft,the vehicle interior noise decreased about 3dB,and the subjective evaluation results are obvious.
