摘要
本文针对重型自卸车传动轴总成在车桥相对于车架上下运动的极限工况,进行动力学谐响应分析,得到中间支撑总成在传动轴各转速对应频率下的载苘与应力变化曲线,判断结构的强度水平,继而针对中间支撑支架和吊板强度不满足要求的情况进行结构的优化设计,提出改进措施,为中间支撑总成的结构设计提共依据。
This article analyzes the dynamic harmonic response of the heavy truck transmission shaft assembly in the extreme conditions of the axle up-and-down motion respect to the car frame,then obtains load and stress change curve under the corresponding frequency of the transmission shaft speed,and estimates the structure strength level,then optimizes the structure aim at the strength of the intermediate support bracket and the hanger plate unmeet requirements,and proposes the improvement measures,provides the basis for the structure design of the middle supporting assembly.
