车用氮氧化物传感器片芯制备的温等静压工艺研究

摘要
本文针对车用片式氮氧化物传感器片芯制备的温等静压工艺参数进行研究。利用光学显微镜检测片芯腔室端面形状;万能实验机测试片芯机械强度;微反配气系统对片芯进行气敏性能测试;分析了温等静压过程中不同阶段的工艺流程和参数对片芯成型结果的影响。通过调整工艺参数为压力15MPa、预热时间15min、静压温度70℃、恒压时间10min,实现了多片层、多种材料、多腔室的片式氮氧化物传感器片芯的温等静压成型。制备了腔室端面边缘整齐完整、腔室功能完整、机械强度符合使用要求的片芯。
In this paper,technological parameters of NOx sensor ceramic chip were studied.The edge of chamber in the ceramic chip was tested with an optical microscope;the mechanical strength of the ceramic was tested by an universal testing machine;and gassensing property was tested with a micro- dynamic dilution system.Based on the experimental results,the effects of different technological processes and parameters on the forming process of ceramic chip are analyzed.And by adjusting the parameters of warm isostatic lamination process which were treated at 70℃ for 15 min,followed by keeping the pressure by 15 MPa for 10 min.we had prepared the ceramic chip of NOx sensor,the chamber is complete inside and the edge of chamber is also neat and complete,which meets the requirements of use.
