基于石墨烯的高物性功能性皮革的研发及应用

摘要
针对传统皮革产品同质化严重,附加值低、缺乏高物性和功能性等关键共性技术难题,采用结构和功能特殊的石墨烯改性技术,添加到皮革底涂、面涂和顶涂层涂饰剂中,利用正交设计确定最佳添加量,根据成革性能优化涂饰工艺。研究结果表明,涂饰剂中石墨烯的最佳添加量为0.6-0.8‰,采用染色坯革→拉软→含石墨烯聚氨酯底涂→干燥→含石墨烯面涂→干燥→含石墨烯树脂表面涂层→干燥→摔软→成革涂饰工艺,能有效提高成品革的耐磨耐刮性、耐干/湿擦性、耐胶粘性、耐老化性、抗静电性及阻燃性能等,提升皮革产品的附加值和竞争力。
In view of the traditional leather serious product homogeneity,low added value,such as the lack of high property and functional key technical problems,special structure and function modified graphene was added to the bottom,the middle and the top of the leather coating agents,the optimum adding amount was obtain by using the orthogonal design,and the optimized process was acquired according to the performance leather.The research results showed that the best level of graphene in finishing agent is 0.6 to0.8%o,the process which was following as the crust-staking-bottom finish-drying-middle,finishing-drying-staking-top,finishing can effectively improve the wear resistance,scratch resistance,dry/wet rub resistance,adhesive resistance,aging resistance,antistatic and flame retardant performance and so on,and improve the added value and competitiveness of leather products.
