车载空调制冷系统的噪声问题试验研究

摘要
本文对空调制冷系统引起的车内噪声问题的产生机理作了梳理,明确了压缩机本体的噪声与振动是问题的主要激励源,压缩机支架、高低压管路是压缩机振动传递到车身的主要路径。针对某车型怠速开空调后,车内500Hz噪声偏大的问题,经过试验分析,确定该问题由制冷系统振动引起。为改善车内噪声,分别对压缩机振动与管路振动传递做了优化。试验结果表明,优化压缩机的振动模态,可使车内500Hz噪声下降5dB(A);对低压管路优化,降低压缩机的振动传递,也可使车内500Hz处噪声降低7dB(A),最终达到了主观评价满意的水平。
The mechanism of interior noise caused by air conditioning refrigeration systemis studied,it is clear that the noise and vibration of the compressorare the main exciting sources,that the compressor bracket and pipes are the main transfer paths.The interior noise of one car when AC ON is significant,especially in 500 Hz,and it is considered to be caused by vibration transfer after experimental analysis.In order to decrease interior noise,we do a lot of work in improving the compressor vibration and pipe vibration transfer.The results show that the interior noise decrease 5dB(A) in 500 Hz by improving compressor vibration modal,or7 dB(A) in500 Hz by improving low pressure pipe vibration transfer.At last,the interior noise is considered to be OK.
