铁水脱硫倒罐站加料工艺的研究与开发

国内某大型钢铁企业采用单喷颗粒镁脱硫工艺为管线钢、IF钢、高端家电板和高强钢等低硫或超低硫品种钢供铁水过程中,暴露出脱硫效果不稳定、脱硫结束渣不易扒除、转炉回硫控制不稳定的问题。为解决以上问题,本文开展了铁水脱硫倒罐站加料工艺的研究。倒罐站加料后,脱硫渣碱度和渣中硫含量明显升高,对脱硫结束硫含量、转炉终点硫含量和回硫控制有很大帮助。白灰末对脱硫渣的改制效果与KR脱硫剂的改制效果相同,通过与加入KR脱硫剂的脱硫效果对比表明,对转炉回硫控制效果相同,可以使用白灰末替代KR脱硫剂或普通脱硫剂。
A domestic iron and steel enterprise provide the molten iron for pipeline steel,IF steel and high strength steel.Some problems have been exposed.The desulfurization effect is not stable,the slag is not easy to be removed,and the control is not stable.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the charging process of molten iron desulphurization in the reverse tank station.The lime is added to the bottom of ladle.The basicity and the sulfur content of the desulfurization slag were obviously increased.This process is in favor of the control of the desulfurization end point of sulfur and the converter sulfur.The waste material of the sleeve kiln can be used to replace the desulfurization agent.
