摘要
本文介绍了武钢股份炼钢总厂KR法脱硫工艺多年来的技术进步及应用实践,重点阐述了近年来在搅拌器长寿技术、辅助扒渣技术和"一键式"自动控制脱硫技术等方面所进行的创新型研发实践。该系列技术的成功应用,使武钢KR法脱硫技术再上新台阶,脱硫能力显著增强,脱硫效率显著提高,适应了市场对低硫高品质洁净钢需求不断增长这一形势发展的需要,同时亦为业内广为倡导的以低成本制造为目的的"按需脱硫"理念的推进和深化创造了有利条件。
The paper introduces the technological advance and production application of KR desulphurization at Steelmaking Plant of WISCO for years,innovative research on the technologies of stirring device service life、auxiliary slagskimming and one-button automatic desulphurization is elaborated. This set of the technologies putting into production indicated the new advance of KR desulphurization,the desulphurization and ability were improved by them,and it meets the demand of the ever growing low-sulfur content steel in market and creates the conditions of the idea "desulphurization as needed'" s promoting and deeping on low-cost production advocated in the industry.
