摘要
西方各国为落实减排目标,均实施了低硫或零硫燃料。为落实低硫燃料标准的落实,政府机构指定第三方进行监督、检查、提交测试报告制度,对于销售不合格燃油企业处以高额罚款或监禁。从而保证了市场销售的燃料95%以上达到低硫标准。这些管理措施,对我国的汽车燃油市场的规范和管理有借鉴意义。
