摘要
阐述了不同条件下的钢渣的富磷相富磷规律,钢渣中磷含量高低与富磷相比率成正相关关系,少渣冶炼工艺(SGRS)中,随着连续倒出富磷相比率高的钢渣,钢水磷含量持续降低,进而辅料消耗连续降低。
Describes the rules under different conditions of phosphorus rich phase,slag phosphorus content level and phosphorus rich phase ratio is proportional to the relationship,less slag smelting process(sgrs) in,with continuous pouring phosphorus rich compared to the high rate of steel slag,phosphorus content in molten steel continued to decrease,and the material consumption is continuously reduced.
