低磷品种钢的操作模式优化

摘要
从第一次倒炉氧耗的选择、对二次下枪后供氧、造渣制度的改进以及在数据跟踪过程中整理出的经验数据三方面对新操作模式进行了要点及冶炼参数说明。在低磷品种钢冶炼的运用过程中,脱磷率的提高主要依赖于对吹炼前期的造渣制度及后期的供氧制度进行优化。同时在终点碳温的精确控制等方面取得了很好的效果,使得技术、经济指标以及产品质量较之前进步明显。同时也存在不足,有待对工艺继续优化。
From the first inverted furnace oxygen consumption,oxygen supply,improvement of slagging system under the two gun and sorting out the data in the empirical data in the process of tracking the three aspects of the key points and parameters of the new model to explain the operation of smelting.In the process of using low phosphorus steel smelting,optimize the oxygen system dephosphorization rate increase was mainly dependent on slagging system and later on converting the earlier.At the same time,the precise control of the end point carbon temperature has achieved very good results,so that the technical,economic indicators and product quality than before the progress is obvious.At the same time there are also shortcomings,to continue to optimize the process
