摘要
随着社会进步、国家经济建设的飞速发展,城市中大型商场大楼、住宅楼大量涌现,工程中对原有建筑的修复、改造以及因改变建筑功能需求与用途而加固的房屋越来越多。然而加固工程项目中,对房屋加固的方式多元化、多样化、新型化,造成了工程造价人员对加固项目的预算、结算产生一定影响。以我司的一个加固项目吉祥大厦加固改造工程作为实例,分析和总结加固项目的结算经验。
With the rapid development of social progress and national economic construction,large shopping malls buildings,residential buildings emerges in cities in large quantities,and more and more repairing and reconstruction projects are needed.But in reinforcement projects,building reinforcement methods are very different which have a certain impact for engineering costing persons in budget and settlement of reinforcement projects.Taking the reinforcement and reconstruction project of Jixiang Masson as an example,the author analyzes and summarizes the settlement experience of reinforcement project.
