倍半硅氧烷光引发剂的合成及其光引发性能研究

笼型八鸯氯丙基倍半硅氧烷(POSS-Cl)与4-羟基二苯甲酮(HBP)反应得到了一种新型夺氢型大分子光引发剂(POSS-HBP)。利用核磁共振谱和红外光谱对其分子结构进行表征。通过实时红外对比研究了光引发剂HBP与POSS-HBP在紫外光照下引发1,6-已二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)聚合,考察了POSS-HBP引发剂和供氢体N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA)的浓度对光固化速率的影响。结果表明大分子光引发剂POSS-HBP能很好的引发1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)聚合,具有光固化速度快,抗黄变及基本无气味等优点,是一种性能优异的大分子光引发剂。
A new kind of abstracting hydrogen type macromolecular photoinitiator POSS-HBP was successfully synthesized by the substitution reaction of octakis(3-chloropropyl)octasilsesquioxane(POSS-Cl) and 4-hydroxybenzophenone(HBP) and characterized by FT-IR,~1H-NMR and ~(13)C-NMR.Photopolymerization characteristics of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA) induced respectively by HBP and POSS-HBP was studied by real time infrared spectroscopy(RTIR).The effects of POSS-HBP and DMA concentration on photo-curing rate were also investigated using the same way.The results show that POSS-HBP can effectively initiate the photopolymerization of HDDA and have the advantages of rapid solidification,anti-yellowing and almost odourless.
