钢轨打磨摩擦试验机设计

摘要
钢轨打磨是使用钢轨打磨列车对钢轨进行打磨作业以去除钢轨表面缺陷、疲劳裂纹、轨头侧磨以及纵向波磨的方法。钢轨打磨试验研究对指导现场钢轨打磨作业具有重要作用,而试验装置的合理性直接决定着指导作用的可信度。在摩擦材料制动试验机基础上结合现场钢轨打磨实际工况,设计了钢轨打磨摩擦试验机,实现了不同打磨角度、打磨车行车速度、打磨压力、砂轮转速等条件下的钢轨打磨试验。
Rail grinding is a method of grinding rail using rail grinding train to remove surface defects,fatigue cracks,side wear of rail head,longitudinal corrugation.Rail grinding testing research has an important role in guiding rail grinding operation in the field,and the rationality of the testing apparatus determines directly the reliability of the guiding function.Based on the friction material braking test machine,the rail grinding and friction testing machine is designed which is combined with the actual working conditions of rail grinding.The rail grinding and friction testing machine realizes the rail grinding test under the condition of different grinding angle,grinding vehicle speed,grinding pressure,grinding wheel speed,etc.
