摘要
图书馆目前已成为我国志愿者开展志愿服务较为常见的场所,越来越多的有志之士加入到图书馆志愿者服务中来,对图书馆事业的发展起到了积极作用。但目前由于管理制度不够完善,图书馆志愿者服务还存在着诸多问题,需要不断完善管理机制,建立专项基金,加大宣传力度,完善培训机制,并通过出台相应的规章制度,将图书馆志愿者服务管理制度内容予以明确,不断将志愿服务推向更深层次的发展。
At present, the library has become a common place for volunteers to carry out voluntary service in China. More and more people with lofty ideals join in the volunteer service in the library, which has played a positive role in the development of librarianship. Because of the current management system is not perfect, the volunteer service has some problems now and needs continuous improvement. We should establish special funds, carry out propaganda, improve the training mechanism and publish relevant regulations to make clear the contents of library volunteer service management system and continue to promote the development of volunteer service to a deeper level.
