工作坊模式在心血管病专科护士培训中的应用效果及分析

摘要
目的探讨工作坊模式在心血管病专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月,参加心血管病专科护士培训班的30名护士为培训对象,在理论与技能培训中采用工作坊模式实施培训并进行效果评价。结果培训后护士理论知识和护理技能考核成绩明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义P<0.05;培训后护士的综合素质能力高于培训前,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论采用工作坊培训模式有助于激发护士主动学习的意识,有效提高护士理论知识和技能水平,有助于护士的学习态度、工作效率、工作质量、团队协作精神等综合素质的再提升,有助于心血管病专科护理新技术、新业务知识的更新,全面提高护理质量,促进护理管理水平的提升。
Objective: Probe the effect and application of workshop mode in analysis cardiovascular disease specialist nurse training. Methods: choosing 30 nurses who attendtraining courses cardiovascular disease specialist nurses in May 2016. Evaluation the theory and skills in workshop approach training. Results: Nurses theoretical knowledge and nursing skillsexamination results Significantly higher than before the training. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). General ability of nurses is higher than the pre-service training, Thedifference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using workshops training mode helps to stimulate awareness of nurses, improve the theoretical knowledge and skills of nurses, learning attitude, efficiency, quality of work and teamwork. Helps to cardiovascular disease specialist care of new technologies, new business knowledge updates, and comprehensively improve thequality of care, promote the upgrading of nursing management level.
