聚丙烯酸酯/中空球状TiO_2复合乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要
以阳离子聚苯乙烯(PS)微球为模板,钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为钛源,制备PS/TiO_2复合微球,高温煅烧去除PS模板,获得中空球状TiO_2。通过物理共混法将其引入到聚丙烯酸酯乳液中,制备聚丙烯酸酯/中空TiO_2复合乳液。考察中空球状TiO_2空心粒径及壳层厚度对聚丙烯酸酯薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着中空球状TiO_2空心粒径及壳层厚度的增加,复合薄膜的保温性能、耐水性能、耐碱液性能、及力学性能均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当中空球状TiO_2的空心粒径为300nm,壁厚为35nm时,所制备出的中空球状TiO_2微球对聚丙烯酸酯薄膜的保温性能、耐水性能、耐碱液性和力学性能等最优。
The PS/TiO_2 composite microspheres were obtained with PS as template and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium resource, subsequently the hollow TiO_2 were got after removing PS through high temperature calcination. Hollow TiO_2 microspheres were introduced into polyacrylate emulsion by physical blending approach to prepare polyacrylate/hollow TiO_2 composite emulsion. The results showed that when the diameter is 300 nm and the wall thickness is 35 nm of hollow TiO_2 microspheres,the thermal insulation properties,the water resistance, alkali resistance and mechanical properties of the composite membrane are optimal.
