摘要
本文结合全国各地和四川省环境信息化发展过程,分析体制机制改革和新技术迅猛发展等新形势为环境信息化带来的机遇与挑战,概述四川省环境信息化"十三五"的重点工作,并提出了目标与展望。希望本文能为全省环境信息化工作提供多方面、多角度、多层次的探寻方向和建设指导,为其他省、市、区兄弟部门提供参考。
This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges for environmental informationization brought about by the new situation,such as the reform of institutional mechanism and the rapid development of new technologies,in combination with the development process of environmental informatization in Sichuan Province and all over the country.The paper summarizes the key work of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Environmental Informatization in Sichuan Province and puts forward the goal and prospect.It is hoped that this paper will provide a multi-faceted,multi-angle and multi-level exploration direction and construction guidance for the province's environmental informatization work,and provide reference for other provinces,cities and districts
