摘要
本文针对铁路统计基础数据维护分散、编码方式不统一、信息不能共享等问题,设计了一套针对铁路统计基础数据的智能编码管理系统,通过灵活的配置、审批、管理和权限控制机制,实现了铁路统计基础数据统一维护、统一发布和统一使用。
This paper is focus on the questions of Railway statistical master data maintenance,resulting in the lack of unified encoding and the obstacles to share information.Based on this questions,we design the Railway statistics master data and encoding management system.Through flexible configuration,examination and approval,management and access control mechanism,which make Railway statistics based data unified maintenance,unified distribution and unified use come true.
