随着我国能源发展战略的转移和调整,核电作为我国能源战略不可缺少的部分,在核电行业的快速发展阶段,人才储备和管理是行业发展不可缺少的工作。建设和管理专家信息库,对核电人才进行动态科学的管理越来越被人们所重视。针对核电专家基本信息,通过收集与更新专家参与的科研项目或专业活动信息,实现专家信息的动态管理。专家库的建设应树立长期、动态管理观念,把专家库管理作为一项长期性和经常性的工作。应用互联网技术,共享资源,实现了对专家信息、项目成果和专业活动的管理与信息共享。
With the transfer and adjustment of China's energy development strategy,nuclear power has become an essential component of China's energy development.With the rapid development of nuclear power industry,it is crucial to reserve and management nuclear power industry experts.As a result,in order to manage industry experts' information,it becomes more and more important to deploy and manage databases about nuclear power professionals' information.This information includes professionals' basic information,researches,achievements and industry work.Through continues collection,updating and maintenance of the databases,it achieves a dynamic management of professionals' information databases.Moreover,with this concept of dynamic management and the application of information sharing and internet technology,it helps professionals' information databases to grow in a sustainable manner.
