多载荷传递路径前端结构形式的偏置碰撞性能研究

摘要
从载荷传递路径的角度对比不同前端结构形式对车身40%偏置碰撞性能的差异性影响,利用仿真数据从能量、变形模式、侵入量和车体加速度几个方面进行分析,结果表明:选择合理的前端结构形式,实现多载荷传递路径,能够有效地提高车辆的结构耐撞性。
Different front- end structure has different influence on 40% offset collision performance of vehicle body.Based on the simulation data,the load-transfer path is studied from aspects of energy,deformation,intrusion and acceleration.Analysis results show that optimization of front- end structure with multi- load path can effectively improve the vehicle crashworthiness.
